Da Kalua Pig and Cabbage

In Large Pot
Steam Cabbage with
1/6 cup shoyu
1/6 cup Da Secret Sauce
Splash of Olive oil
Dash of Hawaiian salt
Fresh Crack Pepper
Bring them to a half Crunchy State
Turn off heat

In a separate frying Pan
Heat pan with olive oil on medium high heat
Add one 12 oz Pork or Turkey Kalua
1 TBS Shoyu
1 TBS or more of Da Secret Sauce
Fry till crispy state

Add Kailua Pig\Turkey to Cabbage and Stir

Let it sit for 10 minutes


For additional Flavor
Pour Da Secret Sauce in Saucer with a teaspoon of shoyu
Dip Kalua pig and cabbage and eat.
