3 lbs spareribs
1/2 cup flour
3 tbs oil
1/2 – 3/4 cup da secret sauce. Depends if you prefer sour over sweet. The more the better…
1/2 – 3/4 cup brown sugar. Depends if you prefer sweet over sour
1 cup water
1 tbs salt preferably Hawaiian. I use the kiawe salt at island vintage
4 tbs white sugar
3 cloves garlic minced
Coat ribs w/ flour & brown in oil. Drain oil. Mix rest of ingredients & add to ribs. Simmer for 2 hours. Stir to prevent sticking.
